Our most traditional olive oil. Mission-Manzanillo is a blend of two olive varietals first brought to California by Spanish missionaries. Using olives harvested during the middle of olive season, the Mission-Manzanillo has a rich golden grassy flavor with a buttery finish. It is great for dipping bread and will also hold up a vinaigrette for salads or marinades.
