Mill Open Saturday, October 9th, 2021

Village Mill fruit will be accepted Saturday, October 9, 2021 through Sunday, November 21, 2021. We will not accept Village Mill fruit after this date.

What is the Village Mill?

What does the Village Mill mean? Bring in your olives from 5 – 500 pounds and they will be introduced with the olives from other customers. The oil is then divided up according to your weight in olives.

Minimum 5 pounds ~ Only $1.12 per pound (includes price for container)

We supply the container for oil, no exceptions.

For the highest quality of olive oil we recommend a 60/40 mix. (60% purple – 40% green) Be sure to keep an eye on the weather in order to avoid frost.

NOTE: Olives should arrive at the mill within 24 hours of being harvested. We will NOT accept fruit with more than 10% fruit fly damage.

 

Drop off:  Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 11 AM & 4 PM. No Exceptions.

Please drop off in the receiving area at the rear of the mill. Follow signs when entering the Carneros Meadows Business Park. See bright yellow “Always Extra Virgin” logo above roll up door.

Village Mill documentation will be provided when you drop off your olives. Payment required at time of drop off.

Pick-up:  The following Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 11 AM & 4 PM. Please pick up Oil at the front entrance.

Custom crush is 250 pounds to one ton is $625. (Price includes waste disposal fee) Prorated @ .31 cents per pound for each additional pound over one ton.

*Organic Custom Crush price: 250 pounds to one ton $675. (Price includes waste disposal fee) Prorated @ .34 cents per pound for each additional pound over one ton.

Containers not included in price. If customer provides containers they must be stainless steel or new food grade drums. No exceptions.
