Refunds

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of Olive Oil or Balsamic Vinegar that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer to email a photo of the damaged item and/or return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. We are unable to accept the return of products that were ordered in error. Please send an email to info@figoneoliveoil.com if you have a question regarding a refund.

Once the product is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the product less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges or a replacement item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar are Delicate Commodities

Our products are perishable commodities. Olive Oil and Vinegar do not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your product during shipment. Figone’s California Olive Oil Co. is not responsible for, and will not replace Olive Oil or Balsamic Vinegar that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the product becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
