Our tasting room on the Square in Downtown Sonoma offers complimentary tastings daily. There is no need to make a reservation, walk-ins welcome!

Or you can make a reservation to have a dedicated staff member guide you through a tasting experience and learn about our family heritage so you and your guests receive our full attention!

  This is an educational tour where you will learn to taste olive oil like a professional. You will learn how we make olive oil and taste our olive oils directly from our stainless steel tanks. This is your chance to ask questions and ­­­become a connoisseur of olive oil!

  You will receive an introduction to our company and learn about our family history. You'll share our passion for what we do!

• Enjoy a Private Tasting

  Taste our Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Citrus Oils and Savory Oils along with our aged Dark and White Balsamic Vinegars. We will also share some of our favorite Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar mixes; some people have even referred to us as Master Mixologists!
