Subscription FAQs

Don't worry, your club membership hasn't gone anywhere! You still have your membership and your club shipment will continue to process as normal. To manage and access your membership, please go to legacy.figoneoliveoil.com. For the next few weeks, the legacy store will stay open while we begin the process of migrating subscriptions to our new platform. After everyone is migrated, the legacy store will be closed and all club shipments will be managed through our new platform.

During the migration period, we are not accepting new club memberships. Follow us on Instagram @FigoneOliveOil to get notifications about our website!

As of 4-15-2022, club members can manage their current membership at legacy.figoneoliveoil.com. You can update your selection for your club shipment just like before.

As of 4-15-2022, there is no change to this process. You can place an order on our website around the same time of your club shipment and we'll add it to your shipment.

In the next few weeks, you'll be able to add items to your shipment with a simple click! Adding one-time addons to your order is a feature we've always wanted for our club members, and we've heard your feedback. Our new website will allow you to customize your shipment to include extra oils, vinegars, or any Figone product and have discounts apply automatically for applicable items for being a member!

From there, click View on the subscription that is active.

Then click on Change Payment button under the Actions row. From there, you'll be able to update your payment method by choosing Use a new payment method, and then entering in your new card details.

As of 4-15-2022, Club Members will have received a exclusive coupon code via email with a coupon code for any orders placed until 4-30-2022. After 4-30-2022, Club Members will receive automatic discounts based on their new club membership that they've subscribed to.

Shipping FAQs

We use USPS for our shipping carrier, and ship 2-day priority mail.

Shipping is free for all orders over $85. Orders under $85 are subject to a $12.99 shipping charge
